Support that meets you and your child where you’re at.

Occupational therapy for children and parents. Helping you to support your child’s emotional, social and mental health.

Our Approach

Every child is unique and that’s why you won't find one-size-fits-all parenting advice or therapy here. I work alongside you to build real understanding of your child's social, emotional and mental health, so you feel confident and equipped to support them when they’re having a tough time.

Support works best when parents are actively involved. That's why everything that I offer here is designed with parents, caregivers and support people in mind, not just the child. This means looking at the whole picture: your child, your family, and the environments they are in. It means being trauma-informed and neuroaffirming, meeting people where they are rather than trying to ‘fix’ them. It means offering support in whatever shape works for you and your child right now, whether that's a 1:1 session, a course you work through at your own pace, or a resource you download at 11pm when you need it most.

Meet Emilie

Child Mental Health Occupational Therapist and mum.

Children can benefit from therapy, but parents are too often left without the tools to help in the moments that matter most.

I’m passionate about supporting children’s social, emotional and mental health, whilst also working alongside parents to enable them to understand and support their children’s needs when their children are having a tough time.
