A bimonthly online group for parents & caregivers of neurodivergent children
Parenting a neurodivergent child can be full of love, meaning, and deep connection - but it can also be exhausting, confusing, and isolating, especially when support is hard to find.
You’re doing so much to show up for your child.
But who’s showing up for you?
That’s why Let’s Have a Cuppa was created - a warm, welcoming online space where you can:
- Connect with other parents who get it
- Learn practical strategies to support your child and yourself
- Be reminded that you’re not alone, and you’re not doing it wrong
Each session is a mix of connection, information, and honest conversation, because sometimes you just need a cup of tea and to have a listening ear around people who hear you and just get it.
We’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and how to support your child’s emotional needs, without losing yourself in the process.
This group is for you if:
- You’re raising a neurodivergent child (diagnosed or not)
- You often feel overwhelmed, unsure, or isolated
- You’re looking for connection, not more judgment
- You want to build confidence and clarity around behaviour, regulation, and support
- You’re waiting on services or don’t know where to start
Does you child have NDIS funding? You may be able to access this group with NDIS funding - please contact us to find out whether this may be possible as part of your child's plan.
